Road N Beyond offers our clients a 30 day Returns Policy and a 7 day change your mind Policy. We accept returns for incorrect item supplied, warranty issues, and change of mind within the time period outlined above. Faulty , Wrong or Damaged Item Supplied.
If an item is delivery faulty or damaged, it will be replaced or refunded. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase will also need to be provided.
If you receive the wrong product from Road N Beyond, the item will be replaced and shipped at our cost unless If wrong item was ordered by the client. If we have an incorrect product, description, photos or information on our website that lead to the incorrect purchase at our discretion Road N Beyond will wear the cost, if no fault of Road N Beyond the client is responsible for and cost associate in returning the goods and delivery of correct item.
Items requiring warranty the client must notify Road N Beyond detailing the issue, date of purchase and serial number if required. Road N Beyond will warrant all goods supplied by Road N Beyond, where a third-party is responsible for warranties the manufacturer terms and conditions will apply, Road N Beyond will assist with warranty claims with third-party where possible.
All warranty queries and claims to be lodged via https://www.roadnbeyond.com.au/_myacct/warranty. Road N Beyond will supply an RMA or Disput number and supply to client which must be included with the returned goods. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Client is responsible for all cost to return the item to Road N Beyond or the third-party manufacture, Road N Beyond will pay to return postage of the item to the client.
- If no manufacturing fault is found, then the client is responsible to pay for postage both ways.
Change of Mind.
Road N beyond will accept Change of Mind returns within 7 days of delivery date as long as the product is in original condition and with any special packaging which will allow for the product to be resold . Upon return you will receive a credit for 100% of the products price. Any cost incurred by Road N Beyond will be deducted from the credit.
- Toilet / Sanitation products that have been opened or installed.
- Electronic components, unless in original sealed packaging.
- Shoes have been worn and cannot be resold
- Items that are not stock items and were specially ordered for client.
- Items been installed, modified or used.
To initiate a return please contact Road N Beyond via https://www.roadnbeyond.com.au/_myacct/warranty with your invoice number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Authorisations or Duspite number which must be returned with the goods.
Road N Beyond utilise multiple shipping partners.
Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway. Clients are more than welcome to organise their own freight. Shipping details and freight company labels is the responsibility of the client to supply.
Road N Beyond offer FREE standard shipping for all purchased over $50 Australia wide only, please note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight & size-based if applicable.
Road N beyond offer Express post, the client can chose to uplift the freight to express if required at their cost
Road N Beyond will supply tracking information where applicable, tracking details are assigned to your sale and can be tracked online.
Road N Beyond aims to process all orders same day Business day of purchase, cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm. Where public holidays fall within, the parcel will be dispatched next business day.
